These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of srvcbr.com, the SRVCBR booking platform, the client and performer portals, and any related services (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services and all of their contents are the exclusive property of SRVCBR LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. This includes, without limitation, the SRVCBR name and brand, the ram device and all logos, the visual design and layout, all text, graphics, photographs, and copy, and all software, source code, features, workflows, and systems that make up the SRVCBR platform and portals.
SRVCBR™, Service Bar™, the SRVCBR ram device, and the taglines "Ahead of the curve" and "Service Bar. Vowels dropped, standards raised." are trademarks and service marks of SRVCBR LLC, whether or not registered, and are the subject of pending or intended trademark applications. Nothing in the Services grants you any right or license to use any SRVCBR mark. You may not use, reproduce, or display any SRVCBR mark, name, or branding without our prior express written permission.
The SRVCBR booking console, client portal, and performer portal, including their design, code, database structure, features, business logic, workflows, and the methods and systems by which they operate, are the confidential and proprietary technology and trade secrets of SRVCBR LLC. They are made available to authorized users as a tool and are not sold, licensed for redistribution, or placed in the public domain. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Subject to these Terms, SRVCBR grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view srvcbr.com for your own informational and business purposes with SRVCBR. This license does not include any right to the platform's underlying technology and terminates automatically if you breach these Terms.
Access to the client and performer portals is provided to authorized users through a personal access code or login. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Do not share your access code or login, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or revoke access at our discretion.
Entertainment bookings and related services are subject to the separate written agreements, contracts, and invoices between you and SRVCBR, which govern the specific terms of each engagement. Payments processed through the portals are handled by our third-party payment processor; SRVCBR does not store your full payment-card details. These Terms do not modify any signed booking agreement.
You agree not to use the Services in any way that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful, that interferes with or disrupts the Services or their security, or that attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. SRVCBR does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRVCBR LLC and its owners, members, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to SRVCBR for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
The Services may reference or link to third-party sites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
